Welcome in the new Cross Management System by Kompunet.

With the new DECK (historical complete software for independent repair shop) Kompunet relaunches the new concept of “Cross Management System”. The software, entirely projected in Senigallia - Italy at Kompunet Informatica headquarter, optimizes the systems used by the repair shop in order to focus the attention on the final customer care. Kompunet with the new DECK, offers to its regular customers and to the new ones an integrated solution able to improve all the processes and performances, and placing that persons as main supporter of their own future success.

The cross management system connects the maintenance and repair services with the management of final customer/driver profiling (cars and schedules), also through the diagnostic with EOBD exchange protocols. The new DECK allows to handle the whole order: check-in via mobile device, dynamic work order creation, parts availability check and orders to the supply chain actors (distributors and online platforms) and scheduling. The system is also improved with the high level of navigability of the new technical databases, perfectly integrated and always one step ahead the market standards.


The new DECK has been developed by Kompunet as DMS, that uses a series of standardized and integrated modules to serve the whole chain of after-sale service. That modules have interfaces for ERP systems used by cars’ Manufacturers, by importers and by third-parties. The new DECK meets the market needs: in the repairing sector and multi-brand after-sales service there are no longer clear distinction between OE and IAM (original and after market) and the same will be for any garage in the future.
